¿Qué como es una boda Serbia?
Pues imaginense una boda latina pero sin tanta lloradera, drama, adornos y fanfarria 😁
No te queda si no una ceremonia por la iglesia en donde ni arroz aventaron, pero eso si, la gran mayoría de los asistentes que fueron al banquete también estuvieron en la iglesia y todo en tiempo y en forma.
Sobre la recepción:
La recepción fue totalmente diferente. A pesar de que no hay “bailongo” con los típicos familiares emborrachándose y bailando el tucanazo 🎷👢🍻 , si hacen sus danzas tradicionales; donde todos se agarran de la mano y forman un gran circulo o pequeños círculos. Hay tres tipos de pasos “de cajón”, sólo pude aprender uno, que es así como pa´un lado, pa´l centro y pa´dentro, todos los movimientos se hacen con las piernas y pies, nada de twerk o la macarena.
Sobre la música:
Identifiqué como 3 ritmos diferentes, uno que es recurrente en la mayoría de las composiciones, el otro que es en donde todos los “ñores” agarran su “chupe” (que es puro jarabe para la tos 😁 ) y se paran a cantar, y el otro que es un tono más rápido en donde puedes bailar dando vueltas como Rose y Jack en el Titanic.
Sobre la comida:
Te sirven por tiempos y aquí la comida si es ligerita, pero bastante. Puedes iniciar con una sopita sin chiste, pero cuando llega el tiempo de los tamales -Sarma,que son de hoja de lechuga- te atascas y ya no dejas lugar para el plato fuerte que es la carne (me pasó😁 ).
Sobre las bebidas no hay mucho que decir, sólo hay refrescos, agua y bebidas como el Gorki List, sería el equivalente a la “chela” pero más fino. Pero a la verdad no vi muchas personas tomando en exceso o emborrachándose.
Lo mejor fue el postre. ¿Te ha tocado ir a una boda en donde te dan una miserable rebanada transparente de pastel o bodas en donde ni pastel te dan? Bueno, aquí de repente vez que empieza el movedero de mesas y “Taraaaán” tu propio buffet de postres. Es tradicional que cada familia llevar un pastel, si un pastel entero, el cual entregas con el nombre de tu familia y es de gran prestigio si tu pastel se acaba primero que otros.
Así que agarras tu plato y te das una, dos o tres vueltas por la mesa de postres probando de todos los pasteles habidos y por haber. Al final hasta te puedes llevar un pastel entero si es que nadie quiso probarlo, o la mitad del que más te gustó.
En general fue una buena fiesta, difieren en mucho a las bodas mexicanas, porque acá no aventaron el ramo, no jugaron a la víbora de la mar o a ponerle dinero a los novios. Lo que si me explicaron fue que esta era una boda muy simple y tradicional (a la antigüita) que por el hecho de que hubo más familiares que amigos o personas jóvenes, no hicieron baile, pero si se acostumbra el baile con música del momento.
